Placements24 in Kimberley is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant focused on the Mining and Resources sector to identify and place skilled professionals for mining operations and exploration firms in the Northern Cape and nearby regions.

You will build strong client relationships, source and assess candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment in remote locations, leveraging sector knowledge and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry recruitment.
• Familiarity with mining roles, skills, and equipment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and assessment capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects in remote locations.
• Relevant degree highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for mining and resource sector roles, from geologists to operational managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients operating within the mining and resources industry.
• Understand the technical requirements and safety protocols specific to the mining sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of the mining job market and its specific talent needs.
