Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably in the mining industry or industrial supplies.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, equipment, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for mining supplies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
