Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions in Kathu (Northern Cape) is seeking an experienced professional for sales and aftersales leadership in mining equipment. You will develop strategies for spares, maintenance solutions and service offerings, while expanding at key mine sites.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical support, coordinate service teams and drive refurbishment/parts supply optimization. A regional travel heavy role requires independence and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aftersales, technical sales, service or site management in mining or heavy equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mineral separation and comminution equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work independently; valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for aftersales, spare parts and maintenance solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in mineral separation and comminution sectors.
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and grow spares/service business at mine sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with mining companies and processing plants; provide aftersales support.
• Advise customers on maintenance, optimization and troubleshooting with service teams.
• Set up and manage service teams in the Northern Cape; monitor performance and efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and refurbishment strategies with engineering/procurement.
• Monitor market trends and provide sales reports/forecasts to management.
