Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking a Hardware Technician to deliver site-based and remote system support across mine sites in the region. You will deploy new and upgraded systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and configure software and operating systems.

You will work with project managers to ensure timely deployment, maintain documentation, and act as escalation point for technical issues, while complying with QHSE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience applying technology in harsh industrial environments.
• Able to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective customer service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and review project proposals and plans with customers.
• Execute projects with defined phases, elements, and schedule.
• Determine specifications by studying product design and customer needs.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Load configurations and operating systems onto equipment following change control.
• Maintain project data and documentation.
• Support safety, quality, and compliance policies.
