Formación

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Mining & Resources recruitment (geology, engineering, operations).
• Proven track record leading teams and driving client relationships.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing, and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans to meet client demands in mining.
• Drive business development and secure new client opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior roles with quality and speed.
• Build strong relationships with key mining industry stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative talent advice to clients.
