Qualifications

• Strong network and client management skills in South Africa.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic client relationships in Mining and Resources.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
• Source and engage highly specialized candidates including geologists, engineers, metallurgists.
• Conduct candidate assessments including technical competency evaluations.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for placed candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and regulatory changes affecting mining in SA.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and client satisfaction metrics.
