Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all mining operations including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and ground support.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement short-term production plans with mine planning and engineering.
• Manage shift schedules, workforce allocation and performance monitoring.
• Oversee equipment utilization and maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

This critical role involves overseeing all day-to-day mining activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will be responsible for managing a team of mine supervisors, operators, and support staff, driving performance, and implementing best practices in mining execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mine supervision and management, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to foster a productive and positive work environment, directly contributing to the operational success and profitability of the mine.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of mining operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and ground support.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Requirements
