The ideal candidate has 7+ years in mining PM, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and experience with mining-specific software and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a significant portion in the mining industry.
• Proven track record managing operational projects, infrastructure development, or equipment installation in a mining context.
• Strong understanding of mining processes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management software and familiarity with mining-specific operational software.
