About the Role

This senior role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction of mineral resources, while meeting production targets. You will lead a large team of operational staff, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily mine production, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and mine development.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.

• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet or exceed production targets and budget requirements.

Requirements
