About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven Mine Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance and reliability initiatives for their operations in Nelspruit . This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of all mining equipment, from heavy mobile machinery to fixed plant infrastructure. You will manage a large team of maintenance personnel, develop strategic maintenance plans, and foster a culture of proactive maintenance and continuous improvement. This is a critical role focused on maximizing asset life, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the safety of all maintenance activities within the mining sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
