You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, implement preventative maintenance programs, manage spare parts inventory, and control maintenance budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering with extensive experience in mining equipment maintenance. This is a crucial role for maintaining operational uptime and efficiency in the Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for all mining equipment.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Oversee the repair and upkeep of heavy mobile equipment, fixed plant machinery, and electrical systems.
