Lumenii Proprietary Limited in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs is seeking a friendly, organised receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will support day-to-day reception operations, manage patient enquiries and appointments, and keep patient records accurate and confidential.

In this role you will welcome patients, answer calls and emails, book and reschedule appointments, register new patients, update records, process payments, and maintain confidentiality with professional

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of reception, admin or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transport to get to work.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English (Afrikaans will be an advantage).
• Computer and basic data entry skills, and willingness to learn new systems.
• A friendly, professional and well-organised manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and manage reception enquiries.
• Answer calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Book, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Register new patients and accurately capture intake forms.
• Update patient information and maintain electronic records.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Scan, upload and file patient documentation.
• Support the Practice Manager with general admin and daily operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication at all times.
