Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to help manage and optimise the technology powering marketing operations. You will bridge marketing, technology and data to deliver scalable solutions across platforms.

You will evaluate MarTech tools, manage integrations with CRM and analytics, improve data flows, and collaborate with Marketing, IT and Data teams on tech initiatives. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and related platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• MarTech certifications (CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
• Experience evaluating and implementing MarTech solutions based on business needs.
• Experience managing integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing technology platforms and ecosystems.
• Evaluate and implement MarTech solutions based on business and marketing requirements.
• Manage integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics and other digital platforms.
• Work with customer data to improve segmentation, personalisation and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Data, Product and Development teams on technology initiatives.
• Assist with platform migrations, implementations and ongoing system optimisation.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality and system functionality.
