Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, business, communications, information systems or related field.
• Certifications in marketing automation, CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo or similar platforms are advantageous.
• Experience designing automated customer journeys and lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer databases.
• Experience with segmentation, personalised communications and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated customer journeys across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop automated email, SMS, push notification and lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Create customer segments and personalised communications based on behaviour and lifecycle stage.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, triggers, rules and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise journeys to improve engagement and conversions.
