Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, or related field.
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and analysing performance data to drive optimisation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
