Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue across multiple channels. You will design scalable growth strategies, run experiments, and optimise funnels with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate with product, sales and content teams, leverage CRM and automation platforms, and focus on measurable outcomes through lifecycle marketing and experimentation. A background in SaaS or eCommerce is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Exposure to product-led growth, SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or eCommerce environments will be advantageous

Skills

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and growth frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience conducting A/B testing, funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar CRM and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines will be advantageous
