Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to support lead nurturing and campaign execution.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM integration, data hygiene, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement processes for lead scoring, routing, and management to ensure timely follow-up by sales.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and reports to the marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA).
