Placements24 is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing workflows across platforms to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Proven lead nurturing and email marketing automation experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and MA tool integration.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• HTML/CSS proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated marketing campaigns and workflows.
• Manage lead scoring, nurturing programs, and email campaigns.
• Integrate automation with CRM and other marketing tools.
• Develop and maintain segmentation strategies.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, optimize campaigns.
• Ensure data hygiene in MA platforms and CRM.
• Collaborate with teams to define campaign requirements.
• Create landing pages and forms.
• Stay current with features and best practices.
• Develop training materials and support the marketing team.
