Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate change.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new or improved production methods.
• Develop and deliver training programs to production staff on new processes and best practices.
• Track and report on the impact of implemented improvements, demonstrating ROI and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process enhancement.
