Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and SPC/data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with production staff and management to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to optimize resources.
