Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency gains.
Strong knowledge of SPC and quality management systems.
Exemplary leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Analyze existing production lines to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for quality improvement.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality control plans.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations management, to ensure seamless project execution.
