• CAD familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma driven improvements.
• Design workflows, material handling, and factory layouts.
• Collect and analyze data to track performance and impact.
• Create SOPs and train employees on new processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Support introduction of new products/processes and ensure readiness.
• Contribute to cost reduction and waste elimination programs.
