Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques (machining, assembly, automation).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Develop, implement, and document new manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Design, procure, and commission new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet standards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting process-related problems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
