Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative and experienced Production Process Engineer in Randburg to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce costs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences in Randburg.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Develop and optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC).
• Troubleshoot production problems and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
