Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on mechanical systems and automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Lean/Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, modification, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Develop and implement process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancements.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and automation systems.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D to meet product requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
