Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years in industrial engineering in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with CAD or process simulation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, value stream mapping).
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and productivity gains.
- Design and improve plant layouts and material flow for efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
- Develop and track KPIs related to manufacturing operations.
