Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools for system design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to production teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated manufacturing systems to optimize production flow, reduce cycle times, and enhance quality.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement using statistical methods.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives on the shop floor.
