The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, strong process mapping and layout design skills, and familiarity with lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial engineering in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in process mapping, time and motion studies, and layout design.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production lines and workflows to identify bottlenecks.
- Design and implement optimized layouts for machinery and material flow.
- Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to set performance standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production on new product introductions.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
