You will analyze current methods, implement lean practices, collaborate with R&D and QA, and champion continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years as Manufacturing Engineer focused on process optimization.
• Proficient in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Design, test, and validate manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
