Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including P&IDs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Implement SPC measures to monitor and control process variability.
• Lead projects focused on automation, waste reduction, and cycle time improvement.
