Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software, process simulation tools, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production lines.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for production staff.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with R&D and product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Conduct process capability studies and implement SPC.
