Qualifications

  • Proficient in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Design, test, and validate manufacturing equipment and tooling.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production staff.

Key Responsibilities
