• Proven ability to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
• Experience in managing P&L and operational budgets.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of the North West provincial business landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mahikeng branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the recruitment process for key accounts, ensuring quality and speed of delivery.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
• Manage branch budget and financial performance.
• Represent the company at local business events and industry forums.
