Placements24 is assisting a banking client in Mahikeng to find an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, customer service, transaction processing, and staff management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in banking operations, with three in leadership. You will implement policies, improve processes, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in banking operations, 3+ in supervisory/management roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
