Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (sell-side and buy-side)
  • Manage day-to-day deal processes including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and negotiations
  • Support clients through strategic decisions and transaction milestones
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with entrepreneurial clients, investors, and counterparties
  • Supervise and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to thought leadership, pitch development, and wider business growth initiatives
  • Strong experience in M&A advisory (sell-side preferred), ideally gained within a boutique environment
  • Solid track record of transaction execution, ideally within the TMT space or adjacent sectors
  • Commercially astute, with excellent judgement and client-handling skills
  • Able to confidently take ownership of deal engagements
