Job summary

Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, seeks a Hospitality Service Agent to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences through knowledgeable and welcoming interactions from booking onward. The role emphasizes attentiveness, empathy, and a commitment to anticipating guests' needs.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, dining, spa and concierge to tailor each stay, oversee reservation accuracy, arrange experiences, and ensure clear, timely communication across all departments to create seamless moments

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role within hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with reservation management software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to guests after booking to confirm details and preferences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, spa and concierge for personalised arrangements.
• Oversee accuracy of reservations in the hotel system and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Assist with planning itineraries, restaurant or local activity reservations, and transport arrangements.
• Solicit post-stay feedback to refine guest experiences and anticipate needs.
• Serve as liaison between guests and staff before arrival and during stay.
