Greys Recruitment presents a Store Manager opportunity for a luxury fashion retailer opening a flagship store in Cape Town CBD. The role requires seasoned leadership to drive sales, customer experience and operational excellence in a premium brand environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, people management, stock control and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• 3–5+ years in retail management, preferably luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a high-performance team.
• Experience in stock management, merchandising and store ops.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management and performance of the store.
• Drive sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Deliver luxury customer experiences with high service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the retail team.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee stock, stock counts and loss prevention.
• Manage store administration, reporting and compliance.
