Greys Recruitment is assisting a leading luxury fashion retailer recruit an experienced Retail Store Manager for a new store opening at Garden Route Mall in South Africa. The role oversees the full store operations, drives sales, delivers exceptional customer service, and leads a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of retail management experience in premium fashion and is available to start immediately.

Formación

• 3–5+ years' retail management experience
• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• Relevant retail management qualification will be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the store
• Drive sales and achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and maintain high service standards
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the retail team
• Manage staff performance, attendance, scheduling and daily productivity
• Ensure the store consistently meets the brand's visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, stock presentation and store organisation
• Oversee stock management, including receiving, transfers, replenishment, stock counts and loss prevention
• Monitor key sales and operational performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results
• Manage store administration, reporting and compliance requirements
• Ensure company policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently followed
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of store employees
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, collections, promotions and brand values
• Work closely with regional/head office management to achieve business objectives
• Take ownership of the store's overall commercial performance and reputation
