Job summary

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, delivers exceptional service, builds client relationships, and has at least five years in retail management, preferably in premium or design-led environments. You will manage stock, HR, events and partnerships to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' retail management experience, with responsibility for store, team and sales performance.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales through leadership and customer development.
• Experience with rosters, performance management, recruitment, training and difficult staff conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, security, housekeeping and standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach and manage the retail team, including rosters and training.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Deliver high-end, personalised customer experience and build strong client relationships.
• Handle customer follow-ups, complaints and service issues professionally.
• Oversee stock control, receiving, counts, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Manage cash handling, daily reporting, reconciliations and store expenses.
• Identify opportunities to increase store traffic, sales, referrals and repeat business.
• Build relationships with hotels, concierges, tour operators and local businesses.
• Support store events, launches and customer activities and provide feedback to owner.
