Recruit For Africa is seeking an exceptional Store Manager for a luxury designer fashion retailer in Cape Town. You will lead a small team, manage daily operations, and ensure a premium customer experience in-store and online.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a passion for fashion. You will oversee e-commerce activities on WooCommerce and drive sales while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Matric is a prerequisite; tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in luxury or designer fashion retail.
• Experience in premium clothing / boutique retail and handbag sales would be an added advantage.
• Experience working with E-commerce / online buying using WooCommerce or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Selling designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories in-store.
• Delivering an exceptional and sophisticated customer experience.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Uploading and managing products on WooCommerce.
• Ensuring online listings are accurate, attractive and complete.
• Coordinating the flow of inventory from consignor through photography, listing and sale.
• Supervising and coordinating the existing team.
• Ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Identifying problems and finding practical solutions.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation when the owner is away.
• Helping develop and improve company systems and processes as the business grows.
