Job summary

Greys Personnel represents a leading luxury fashion brand hiring a Retail Store Manager for a prestigious new store opening at Garden Route Mall. You will drive sales, lead a premium team and deliver exceptional customer experiences from day one.

We seek an experienced retail professional with a passion for luxury brands, strong leadership and a track record of exceeding targets in premium environments. Availability to start immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 essential.
• Retail management qualification advantageous.
• 35+ years' retail management experience in fashion/luxury preferred.
• Proven sales targets achievement and store performance record.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day store management and performance.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Deliver luxury customer experiences and uphold service standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the retail team.
• Manage staff performance, attendance, scheduling and productivity.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are met.
• Maintain housekeeping, stock presentation and store organisation.
• Oversee stock management, transfers, replenishment, counts and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales and operational KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Handle store administration, reporting and compliance.
• Ensure policies and brand standards are followed; resolve customer queries.
