You will lead a high-performing team, oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention, and build strong relationships with key clients to sustain brand prestige and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop staff.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering experiences.
• Proficiency in retail operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Experience with retail management software and POS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data, English proficiency.

Responsibilities
