Qualifications

• 3–5 years' Food & Beverage management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Understanding of food costs, scheduling and payroll.
• Experience with wine/beverage selections is a plus.
• Hands-on leader with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations oversight.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and manage guest feedback and complaints.
• Monitor revenue, food and beverage costs, budgets and resources.
• Drive service innovation and guest retention.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team; oversee training and payroll.
• Oversee staff rosters and operational reporting deadlines.
