Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Restaurant Manager roles within luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Proven track record in staff training, performance management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold exceptional service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team including supervisors, servers, and bartenders.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest experiences and build customer loyalty.
• Oversee inventory management, including wine and beverage programs, with cost controls.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen-service alignment.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
