Responsibilities

• Debrief collections: balance actions against daily requests and driver routes.
• Confirm daily collections against manifest and report missed collections.
• Inform relevant management and alert customers as needed.
• Check quality of waybills and documentation; prepare items for dispatch.
• Scan documents and attach billing copies to manifests and hand over.
