Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in East London is seeking a Debriefing/Dispatching Controller to join our warehouse operations. You will verify dispatched and debriefed stock, ensure accuracy, handle stock from various sources, and assist with weekly/monthly stock counts.

The role requires Grade 12, experience in debriefing and dispatching, and forklift licence where applicable. You will work under supervision to maintain safety, FIFO, and good documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Experience in debriefing and dispatching is required.
• 1-2 years in a warehouse environment with material handling experience is desired.
• Licence to drive a forklift truck (warehouse dependent) is preferred.
• Awareness of dangerous goods handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify dispatched and debriefed stock for accuracy and condition.
• Receive stock from various sources and ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Assist with weekly & monthly stock counts and reporting.
• Scan and load products for dispatch, ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and compliance with SOPs and policies.
