Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years in logistics/operations.
• Willing to travel to Johannesburg or Musina for relief duties.
• Shona language is an advantage but not required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute loading of trucks.
• Ensure vehicles are offloaded on time and loaded within time frames.
• Issue loading equipment prior to loading and communicate delays.
• Report breakdowns and assist in resolving mechanical issues.
• Complete driver trip sheets and admin duties.
• Compile fuel orders and issue them; manage hazchem stickers.
• Deliver invoices and PODs; obtain port permits and BAT numbers.
• Collect, verify and scan PODs to Head Office; maintain customer relations.
• Reduce delays at loading/offloading points and ensure professional service.
• Prepare manifests and export documents; pre-clear borders where possible.
• Update WSS system with offloading dates, KM, and waybill numbers.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and coordinate convoy monitoring from Musina to Durban.
