Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor to streamline outbound/inbound movements from our distribution center in Tembisa. You will plan routes, supervise drivers, and oversee vehicle dispatch, ensuring on-time deliveries and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a track record of cost-saving fleet management. Experience with SAP/route software is a plus.

Formación

• A National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or fleet supervision.
• Proven experience managing a fleet of vehicles and supervising drivers.
• Familiarity with South African transport regulations and road safety standards.
• Strong route planning and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in the Tembisa, Gauteng area is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
