Responsibilities and Duties.

  • Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
  • Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
  • Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
