Placements24 is seeking a proactive Leisure Center Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our Benoni facility. This on-site role focuses on leading staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

You will ensure safety standards are met, manage front desk and fitness staff, plan leisure programs, monitor facilities and supplies, and deliver regular reports to management.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of operations supervision experience in a leisure center, gym, or sports facility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for leisure facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Benoni.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Leisure Center Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities at their facility in Benoni, Gauteng. This on-site position is crucial for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all members and visitors. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing facility operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and contributing to member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of leisure and sports facility management. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected of our client's facilities and services within the Benoni community. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the leisure center, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas.
